Our Team

Richard is a highly experienced  leader who specialises in project developer  and project delivery in complex environments.

He is a masters educated former British Army officer who has also worked extensively in the private and development sectors. 

Richard develops and delivers energy infrastructure projects for both hydro-carbon and renewables and has a detailed and specialist knowledge of the solar PV development process in a multiple global markets.

He has worked with Governments in UK, Iraq, Indonesia, Myanmar and Libya and with clients including Vitol, BP, Shell, Schlumberger, Rio Tinto, BHP, Nike, Adidas, Puma,  Movenpick Hotels (Accor Group) and  Grand Millennium Hotels helping these global brands reduce their carbon footprint and transition to more sustainable energy sources.

Richard also has extensive security, disaster and risk  management experience from the military and from providing emergency infrastructure and services in humanitarian crises in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.

 He has also designed and implemented highly successful Social Impact, Corporate Responsibility and Social Licences to Operate programmes for clients in the oil and gas sector.
